4kg


重回战斗场。把从前操肌过急受伤后、在东京两个星期懒怠后流失的肌肉和增加的赘肉来个加减法。继续肤浅到底,磨练胸器腹肌二头肌三头肌人鱼线……终极目标---4kg!!
